We loved the food and staff and reasonable prices. Location so close to princes street. Just a walk down to Coates Cafe, where you can have lunch. The hotel met the demands, we would definitely return here.

The hotel was within walking distance to georgian house. The property was close to haymarket train station. 200 metres away there is Hau Han, where you can dine. Merchiston district definitely deserves exploring...
