Friendly efficient and delightfully helpful staff despite request from reception to prepare room, everything is fantastic.

Greatly enjoyed my time here. This was a really really nice stay for 2 nights. I had a tasty and absolutely fantastic breakfast with Black pudding, hot veggie options, eggs to order. The room was high standard, well heated and complete with soap, the bathroom surrounding the shower, extra heater supplied.

We have stayed at this budget hotel previously and would definitely go again. The breakfast is free of charge and savoury except for the coffee and the location is incredible. The staff are friendly efficient and fabulously helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed this great value and well priced hotel, easy to find, with very amiable staff like a manager. The food was good - a huge variety of options. The setting was stunning, short walk to west end bars and Haymarket train station, numerous tourist sites, and all the bars and restaurants. I spent here 1 relaxing day and would love to stay here again.
