Excellent staff, outstanding services, and absolutely perfect location close to the castle, and the cafe. Well-appointed room and compact with comfortable beds.

Overall it was good modern and well-designed, with a private bathroom.

The hotel was in the central setting next to a nightclub. And it's within walking distance of Magna Hungaria, ate there once or twice.

Excellent and lovely location in New Town district so close to Portobello beach, Close to the bars and restaurants. Nice looking and beautifully designed room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities.

The suite was fashionable on upper floors, the bed was lovely. The hotel was in an amazing location near to Edinburgh for 2 hrs as on The Settle Carlisle Scotsman Pullman train and Glasgow.

The location couldn't be more fantastic in the cafe of the premises. The units were new-fashioned and the staff were affable and excellent people with my request of stuffed crust pizza.

I was offered a room with spectacular views of the garden. This accommodation had a very central setting close to the Centre. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from The Real Mary King's Close.

It was spotlessly clean, I would stay here again. The location was magnificent and perfect: the Christmas market and a market were within walking distance. The service was marvellous, including excellent staff and a lively bar.

Airy good looking rooms, they are provided with a lovely view of the old streets of Edinburgh, appealing bathroom, for example. The location is amazing and stunning and it is near all the central attractions, the train station and great restaurants, and restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel's location was incredible, to Princess Street with the Christmas market and a market within walking distance. The room was compact and well-designed, the beds were comfy. Our window overlooked the garden.

It was surely a really good stay on my next Edinburgh visit. The restaurant here was fantastic which is nice for a light meal, I both ordered light dishes. The beds were large, view over the garden was spectacular.

Fantastic and wonderful location, we were really close to “ New Town ” the lovely Georgian part of Edinburgh close to Waverley Station and the central district, the center of new town with lots of good restaurants around, and city centre.

The property is reasonably clean; good-sized rooms; comfy bed. Have a drink at the downstairs bar. This is a hotel go-to for Edinburgh!

Ideal and reasonably clean place to stay in, it has efficient and attentive staff in their manner which made checking in really easy. The rooms are nice looking and stylish and have exceptional view of Edinburgh Castle & Gardens. Overall great food, plus there is Bar Napoli close by. We would have extended the stay as the location was perfect and fantastic.

Public parking on site provided. The easy check-in process too. Terrific service, amazing position to the Tram that takes you directly to Edinburgh airport. 15 minutes' walk to a historic fortress.

I had really nice days staying at this lovely central hotel. Spotless property, services were friendly and location was good and perfect in a very lively area that will inevitably create a lot of noise at night. The rooms were airy with hypoallergenic pillows. Superfriendly and really friendly staff, I thoroughly enjoyed them all.

I had a good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was incredible so close to taxis, the cafe and the city centre with large single glazed windows. I appreciated that there were a sofa bed, a stone fireplace and central heating.

We got a room with a bathtub. The café was GOOD for breakfasts.

The setting was within only 1 km from edinburgh castle. Choosing for lunch Bar Napoli, which is situated 200 metres away was a good idea.
