This nicely decorated, clean property has free of charge continental breakfasts and amazing friendly staff. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, short walk to transport to the airport, the airport and the tram, and city centre. For tea and goodies visit Black Sheep Coffee, located close by.

Soundproof and new-fashioned units with windows to terrace. A very industrial area, unbeatable and excellent location adjacent to Edinburgh center, which was by the Airlink bus and was very convenient and helpful, the trolley and an airport before one's departure.

The team provided a friendly service. Coffee, a sofa bed, and a radiator were available in my double room. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable, the breakfast offered was enjoyable with a huge variety of food.

The property was beautifully decorated and well-maintained and we had a real good stay. The location was excellent to Rolling Stones event at murrayfield. Easily reached Rosso, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The bar was busy with excellent staff.

The location of this hotel next to the tram into the city, the terminal, where all the connections to the city can be found and the airport shuttle service, which made up for all that was particularly good.

It has a perfectly comfortable location really close to airport and airport terminal and bus transfer. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 25 minutes.
