The place was clean and functional, had fantastic friendly and decent staff with good service. I loved the contemporary-style building and a decent size and newly renovated room with a sofa which is a nice change. The location was particularly good and the atmosphere was family.

Fantastic and beautiful location to public transport good, the hotel is very close to a bus stop. There's I am Pho within 5 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed their menu. The breakfast is lovely and perfect with scrambled egg and hot bacon or sausage rolls, as for instance and great value.

The stay here was brilliant for our planned short visit. Had a warm breakfast, a contemporary room with a delightful view of the sea and boating dock. The bathroom was brilliant, and the bed was very spacious.

The room is recently refurbished and with an ironing set, an iron, and blackout curtains.

An outstanding stay for a business trip. Easy to get to, quiet location close enough to local buses and tour buses, A big hill, and a bus stop for buses straight into the city centre. Besides, easy access to Manchester Town Hall.

The room is great value for money and there are incredibly beautiful views of the sea and boating dock. The staff are very hard working and well-trained, managed the parking off site.

High-class place, it was overall clean and had well-trained and hard-working staff on shift. Generous and hot breakfast was reasonably priced for vegetarians, really enjoyed it.

My bed was a little hard, unfortunately.

I had a really nice stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was magnificent and fab next to ocean terminal. The room was reasonably sized and recently renovated for access to sink or shower, stayed here for 4 nights. I was offered a perfect breakfast for vegetarians. Got all I wanted, great value.

It offers an incredible location and has amazingly great and courteous staff who did n't know things or understand my request. The hotel is 400 metres away from Mr Nicks, where I got some food. The fact that it's located very close to a bus stop is a big plus.

Regarding price, think it's great value for Edinburgh. The full Scottish breakfast is gorgeous with a great selection of meals. The room is airy and practical, the staff are honest people from the receptionist on booking in and the efficiency of breakfast staff.

We were in a peaceful and handy location so close to bus stop, shopping centre, restaurants, The Royal Britannia, park and bus stations, city centre, restaurants.

Greatly enjoyed our room that was could do with updated AC and available with local businessmen alike, 2 single beds and decent breakfast. The location was good, just a short walk away from Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Shopping centres and a large shopping mall were right next door.

We really enjoyed this stay. Located in the nice zone, it was a comfortable base for a short stay. Great and lovely location to attractions like Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre, that was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. There was a great restaurant, a shopping area and a market next door.

I came to Edinburgh for short stay - everything was great. The room was practical and cool with 2 single beds, an aircon, for instance and the location was awesome.

Peaceful position next to buses and also is where the entrance is to the Royal Yacht Britannia, incredibly beautiful views.

It is in stunning and decent location to Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre, set just a walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant food is freshly made, and the breakfast offered is warm with sweet dishes and warm bread, as example. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Access to shops & if need there was a bus stop into Edinburgh city just outside, the room were very clean and tidy
