Think it's great value for Edinburgh. Lovely and absolutely brilliant place all in all, has approaching staff at the reception desk. This is a great and fab location in Edinburgh. It's in a neat building in the lovely area.

Nicely appointed and overall clean hotel with extremely helpful staff and stunningly beautiful views to town. Absolutely perfect and really very good location in a very very nice area, close to a main street and a cinema. A great selection of restaurants and pubs around. Very easy to get from Edinburgh airport, just 15 km.

The staff were outstandingly helpful and the setting was nice. It was a well-maintained and nicely appointed hotel, in front of a train station.

We spent 3 nights in twin room. Marvellous location in the central area made it easy to get to key attractions. Also, tourist destinations and Fountain Park were at a small distance.

Had a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a closet space in my twin room. The view of Edinburgh castle was particularly good, appreciated it. The location for Edinburgh was great, adjacent to the train station and city center. Also, the hotel was relatively close to Fountain Park.

The accommodation had a central location close to the centre of town. Moreover, it was 2 km from a historic fortress.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Our room was cool and immaculate with hanging clothes etc and double bed plus hairdryers, just what we needed. Our accommodation was set in a very central location close to about 25 to the royal mile and Edinburgh castle and many buses.

I ate at a modest restaurant with beautiful food. The location in a good area was great and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby.

The place was fairly clean and cool, it had welcoming staff at the reception desk. It had marvellous location really close to Close to all restaurants, tram and cinema.

It was in an incredible location, in front of a train station. The facilities in the king room were good, beds were comfortable. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was efficient during all this time.

We all had a fabulous stay in this cool hotel. Our room was tidy and delightful and complete with very good location for all local attractions as well as the heating. The location was stunning and pleasant, if you need to be in front of a cinema and a palace. Set in front of a tram station, which helped to explore Edinburgh.

It was really great value. It was a brilliant, clean hotel. The staff were courteous, the breakfast was satisfactory. The service was welcoming.

The room was tiny and with lovely beds. Central location was a plus.

We had a really comfortable stay in a long time. Everything was great, the hotel is fabulous and clean with excellent services. The room was neat, had private bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a private safe, central heating and iron/ironing board too. The staff was accommodating and recommended a nice restaurant on-site.

Had brilliant and handy location opposite Haymarket train station. It was also next to pubs, Edinburgh Castle, bars.

The room was bright and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

It's a homey good budget hotel nestled in a funky style building. The breakfasts are enjoyable with plenty of options. The twin room is bright and tidy.

This is a hotel go-to for Edinburgh! Cute, clean place, worth its 3 stars. Please let the welcoming and accommodating staff know of our gratefulness for a really great stay. The location is fab, relatively near The Links. Moreover, the parking is outside.

We appreciated sitting at the restaurant during breakfast. Its location in front of pubs and bars was marvellous and perfect. Our experience was great from the moment we checked in, would book again.
