The hotel was pleasant, I appreciated cheap rooms and top-class staff. My room included an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The selection of good slices of fresh bread, coffee, eggs, toast, and cereal was a bonus. The location was peaceful and perfect, not very far from Royal Yacht Britannia. Very very good breakfast and other services were exceptional.

The staff was really good and exceptional and the place was clean. The breakfasts were satisfactory with croissants and yogurt. We didn't feel like leaving, can just recommend.

I was offered a satisfactory breakfast for vegetarian. The location turned out to be marvellous and unbeatable.

The room was cheap & quiet, came with good tea, the kitchen, shower. We tried toast, slices of fresh bread, and cereal, everything was brilliant.

Recently refurbished, tidy place with amazingly friendly and affable staff despite my efforts and those of a member of staff. Handy and magnificent location to Edinburgh airport, just 22 minutes by car. Found in the very convenient area.

Really enjoyed Edinburgh, the hotel was pleasant in reasonably quiet area. The location was particularly good - short walk to waterfront as well as city centre as well as the trendy harbor for drinks. Popped in The Bonnington for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Sincerely, it was a really nice stay for one night. The restaurant was small and reasonably priced, with good food.

I liked this great budget hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The room was bright and cosy with an electric kettle, central heating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels included. Everything was good as expected, even so the bathroom was very small. Fresh bread and eggs provided for breakfast was fabulous. The staff were amiable and the setting was unbeatable. Fast food restaurant Ocean Spice was located 15 minutes walk away. I had a very good stay.

All in all, it was superb base for travelling to Edinburgh. Had good sleep at the king room. It had a bathtub in the fine bathroom. The food was tasty and the location was unbeatable. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Co-op Food.

We think it's a comfortable place for staying in Edinburgh.

Planned to see Edinburgh major attractions and it was comfortable place for visiting all of them. I really enjoyed eggs and breads at breakfast.

It deserves its 3 stars. There is Hung Fung serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

it's chilled-out base for sightseeing and exploring edinburgh. at 15 km distance from the airport.

Location was an easy walk to newhaven and other tourist spots. The hotel rooms were quiet.
