The venue is convenient, it offers sensational breakfast and has exceptional location so close to the Old Town and the Palace, local attractions and shops, theatre and restaurants.

Thank you all for a really really nice stay on our 1st night of stay. We loved the funky-style building and generous sized and well laid out room with an excellent superking sized bed. The location was good: a big shopping centre and a mall were within walking distance.

Had extremely spacious room with open bathroom and a full wardrobe, an iron with ironing board, and a storage.

Everything was spotless, really easy location to the nearest pub, the staff were brilliant. Had wonderful king room with adequate quality, a working TV, for instance. The service was brilliant, including a friendly check-in. The stay was absolutely fabulous.

Good food, friendly efficient and incredibly helpful staff on the reception desk.

The hotel offers absolutely fantastic and very good meal in the morning with outstanding black pudding, avocado and the nicest bowls.

Glad I took standard double room, it was new-fashioned and spotless.

The room was modest and spotless, had an iron with ironing board, a storage, and a hair dryer. Open bathrooms, that included a bath.

We stay in standard king room quite often, it is spotless and modest. The breakfast is sensational, one of the best things.

The decor was very bright, the room was generous sized. The bed was extremely comfy and there were 2 TVs, a storage, and a kitchen to use.

The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. It was airy and I had an iron, a storage, and a hair dryer.

The location is central. It's located walking distance to a tram station. It has very amiable, responsive staff.

this place is comfy and fancy and the staff are knowledgeable. the king room is tasteful and fabulous. a bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. all in all they offer very good service. moreover, it has excellent wi-fi, really handy.

The rooms were incredible and new-fashioned, and the bathroom was luxurious with a bathtub. The breakfast was great, the check in was fast...

It made our trip to Edinburgh a good experience. All in all, it was decent base for travelling to Edinburgh. The staff was knowledgeable, they provided a very good service. Appreciated magnificent and easy location, walking distance to a tram station. Also was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Everything here was perfect, and the weather was lovely, loved it. The staff turned out to be efficient and knowledgeable. The location was stunning and decent, you can visit John Lewis by walking. Restaurants and bars were located walking distance to the hotel.
