The rooms were compact and beautifully maintained, with a really comfortable bed. The location was magnificent and nice, 20 km to Edinburgh airport, perfectly reachable. The service was top-notch with a family atmosphere.

The breakfast was amazing and sensational, with plenty of meals. Comforts of double room were fabulous - a TV set and coffee/tea making machines. The location was comfortable, within walking distance of most attractions, and the bed comfy. We had very nice time at the hotel and would like to stay here on the next trip.

Overall it was well decorated and well-equipped, with a common bathroom. The location was peaceful and handy, close to the attractions like monuments and a cinema, and others.

Well, the area was not very nice overall.

Brilliant service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi. Great setting, it's so close to good food outlets and bars and the attractions in Edinburgh.

The breakfast was marvellous and wonderful for what was on offer with pastries and toast. Location: the hotel was near the Ocean Terminal, the Old Town and restaurants, shopping and the Royal Yacht Britannia.

Recommend to anyone. Clean accommodation, best staff with one staff member. Marvellous breakfast with various food choice. All in all comfortable setting just next door to Scott Monument and Royal Mile. Nearby The Brass Monkey - great place to chill out.
