this hotel was handy base for exploring edinburgh, appreciated it. we booked standard triple room for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. we were greeted by friendly proprietor. we had breakfast, it was satisfactory and very good. what's more, wifi was a bonus.

The location was good - within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Totally an excellent experience. Would come there again if in Edinburgh😃
