Booked double room, had a really good stay during whole visit. Loved the configuration of the perfectly clean bathroom and there were a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. It had a comfortable location so close to Prince Street, Old Town and Stockbridge, the train station and centre of Edinburgh.

The breakfast looked full size, with good fresh coffee, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was comfortable and handy and the public parking was nearby.

They gave us a double room with the single glazed window. The venue's position was central.

Our room was brand-new and airy, offered with nice towels, the bathroom, comfortable bed. The hotel had a central location to main events of Festival-bus stops very close by.

It offers very efficient services and has a hearty and hot breakfast choices. Overall good facilities, there's great parking. Incredible and unbeatable location close to bus stop which made getting around easy, the hotel is walk from a bus station. Broughton district won't disappoint you.

Clean place with super friendly and accommodating staff. Central location and in front of a bus station. Thoroughly enjoyed lovely quiet area. Nicely decorated & decent size rooms with the shower, the couch, as for instance.

The total stay was lovely during whole visit. The location was magnificent and perfect and exactly what we had in mind, it was in front of a bus station. You could walk to a market and chemist's.

Beautiful hotel, it has lovely restaurant and excellant location to the Palace of Holyrood. The breakfast is hearty with good fresh coffee, had brilliant food.

The stay here was absolutely amazing during whole visit. All in all everything was perfect, nonetheless we had not very clean bathroom. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to center, Stockbridge which is a very nice area for bars and City Centre and Stockbridge.

The location was marvellous and lovely and the staff members were pleasant. Further, it was close enough to a taxi as well as all the shops.

There was elevator to be added.

The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The breakfast spread was warm with fruits, good fresh coffee, toast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

It was in a central setting in a lovely neighborhood. Found Bacco Wine with perfect drinks 200 metres away.

The place was reasonably priced. The breakfast was hearty and warm: cereal and fruit, I enjoyed it. As for me, the location was particularly good and lovely, not far from the Old Town / Centre, ALL tourist attractions and the communal areas.

Well, there was no elevator.

the bed was very comfy, and there were an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels too.

Enjoyed every detail about my such wonderful 3 nights stay here. The location was fab, within walking distance of Charles Ii. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a quiet area. My room was incredible and exceptional with bigger shower. The place had a comfortable atmosphere.

Everything was perfect with huge and airy rooms. Fab and awesome location close to shops and restaurants made it easy to get to key attractions.

The hotel has bright and airy rooms complete with excellent shower, TV, for example. The location is unbeatable, 2 km from Edinburgh Old Town.

Stayed in quiet and welcoming queen room with excellent shower. The cost was £ 52. Enjoyed being walk from a bus stop.

The venue was not far from new town. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like New Chapter that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. We strongly recommend as we enjoyed Ailsa Guest House.
