It was fairly clean place, staff were very polite, and I truly enjoyed my airy room. Had a really nice stay for the value of the stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Perfect and magnificent location in the very nice looking area, next to bus transportation to local tourist attractions, the key attractions Royal Mile, Princes Street, Castle, and Royal Mile. Sumptuous and plentiful breakfast choice with jam, an extra treat and the wonderful home-made scones.

The property's location was perfect, in a great location about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town. It was within walking distance of Costa Coffee, serving fast food.

The rooms are airy and spotless, and are complete with a substantial continental breakfast, electric kettle, as example. The location is great and lovely in a very nice looking area, near to the bus stop that went right to the B & B's street, the key attractions Royal Mile, Princes Street, Castle, and south bridge, princes street. Besides, we enjoyed the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the hotel.

The location was unbeatable and awesome - 300 metres away from Priestfield Parish Church. What's more, it was adjacent to Edinburgh and the bus stop that went right to the B&B's street.

Actually, the room was spacious, it also had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, easy to get to with buses. I found The Old Bell Inn offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.
