Charming old venue, peaceful location really close to Royal Mile, appreciated our stay.

The service was excellent and the food was high quality! We received ironing for free, a nice bonus.

Simple and fairly clean place. Nicely furnished & fantastic room with large windows. Excellent customer service, including delicious breakfasts with cheese, croissants, juice. Marvellous and magnificent location next to bus station, and old town. Also, to a quiet garden.

The location is unbeatable, near the Meadows. Respectful staff, the rooms are bright and spotless.

The breakfast here was lovely with cheese and vegetarian selections, as example.

Delicious breakfast with fruits, croissants, cheese, flexible workers. Incredible location easy to get to on public transport, good services and very comfy bed. Based near restaurants and shops, and the square bay.

The hotel's location was ideal, short walk to a quick getaway in the car to countryside locations and park.

Shame the bathroom was a little small.

The bed was comfy & the staff there were accommodating. We had a classic single room with a view to the garden. It was 23 minutes drive to the airport...

Considering other options in Edinburgh this one is GREAT for the money. Room was large.
