Simple and fairly clean place. Nicely furnished & fantastic room with large windows. Excellent customer service, including delicious breakfasts with cheese, croissants, juice. Marvellous and magnificent location next to bus station, and old town. Also, to a quiet garden.

Delicious breakfast with fruits, croissants, cheese, flexible workers. Incredible location easy to get to on public transport, good services and very comfy bed. Based near restaurants and shops, and the square bay.

Perfect location for weekend in Edinburgh. The staff were so friendly. A bus stop is very close. This hotel met needs.
