Easy and incredibly comfortable setting, right by Edinburgh for 3 years before and Alexander Guest House. En suite & reasonably large room with a nice view of Arthur's Seat, coffee plus a comfortable bed.

Ideal location, the breakfast was great with toast and prunes, as example.

Every detail of this recently renovated and quirky property was nice. The staff members were very hospitable and excellent, we received good service. The single room had a bay window, a high ceiling, and coffee, facilities worked for us. The view over the garden from the window was incredibly beautiful.

Its location back to all the restaurants I passed walking down the hill was particularly good and perfect. Plus, main attraction such as Saint Anne's Well was 4 km from this hotel.

We spend 1 night in Edinburgh lovely. Family atmosphere, the staff was friendly, we had an easy check-in. The hotel had a central setting close to the town centre around 20 minutes walk. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

The staff were good and kind, doing great job. We stayed in the deluxe king room which was fantastic.

Everything is fairly clean and good. The breakfast is generous and great and the staff is good. The location is marvellous and fantastic, the check in is hassle-free. It is set in a great area.

The location was easy and excellent, near Edinburgh for 3 years, bus stop, and the airport delivered to the guest house. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Earthy Foods & Goods. The room was very well decorated and well-appointed, with smoke detectors and absolutely stunning views over gardens. I had a comfortable bed, and a hair dryer and an iron.

It was a newly renovated and quaint hotel in a particularly good area, just off Royal Mile, a mall, and the centre of the city. Central location was a plus. Went to Tony's Fish Bar for drink or two, set at a walking distance from the venue.

The deluxe room was tidy and very pretty with comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. As for me, the location was marvellous and fantastic, right by bus / taxi as well as the Royal Mile. In general the service was excellent. Kind and lovely staff who were always there to help.

The food choices were outstanding. It was in a central setting close to the town centre-around 20 minutes walk.

The single room is stylish, we also appreciated pleasant views. The location is particularly good and they have parking onsite. There is Union Eatery & Coffee nearby for a cup of coffee.

This was a magnificent location very close to the city centre, and a bus stop. And it's just a short stroll away from Thaisanuk, ate there once or twice.

There were a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a coffeemaker in the room, appreciated that. The location was decent, and we could reach Earthy Foods & Goods by walking.

We think it's a handy base for staying in Edinburgh. The location is easy, 3 km from Co-op Food. It's in a lovely building in the safe area.

Location next to cameron toll shopping centre and easy access to earthy foods & goods. Within short walking distance to Shanaz Indian, where you can have lunch. Edinburgh airport was hardly 28 minutes away by car.
