Beautifully decorated place to stay with fabulous food. The rooms with good size shower. Nice interior design.

The breakfast was great and complete with hot options and yogurt, for example. The location was lovely in a pretty quiet area, right by bus stop, the city centre 15min by bus and stops right outside the guesthouse.

I had a lovely sized and stylish room with crammed open closet space, adequate ventilation plus out-bed linen. Near a bus stop, the location was particularly good and excellent, very close to easy transport links to central edinburgh.

The staff was a bit unpleasant.

I greatly enjoyed to be here, everything was nice. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and excellent. The daily service was exceptional. The location was perfect for me, to buses etc. Also, there was The Scottish Parliament, set within 5 minutes drive.

Lovely breakfasts with yogurt, the staff were amicable. It was in a central setting to a nearby golf club where I was attending a function.

The hotel was what we truly enjoyed during weekend. The location was particularly good and perfect for exploring this fairly nice area, close to city centre and old town. They offered us great meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was in a central location in the roundabout under the bridge. They offered new-fashioned and fashionable rooms with good size shower and all amenities plus out-bed linen.

The venue was beautifully designed, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was magnificent not far from old town, bus stop to Edinburgh Old Town and good bus link. There were spotless rooms with adequate ventilation, all amenities and crammed open closet space. I spent here 2 wonderful days and will be back.

The room was spotless and offered shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Got a gorgeous breakfast included. Had central location on a convenient bus line.

Its location was perfect and exceptionally nice, in the neighborhoods, and in a quiet area. I often went to Costa Coffee to pick up some food. Well organised breakfasts and the food was good.

It was in a great location late on public transport. My room was spotless and compact, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast with toast and hot options, as example was satisfactory, had so much to choose from.

Planned to see Edinburgh major attractions and it was decent place for visiting all of them. The host was helpful. Moreover, we could park our car onsite. We walked everywhere, the location was convenient!

Street was noisy.

by and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in edinburgh, had much fun. we really loved our stay here.

We would stay there again. The hotel's setting was right by such tourist attractions as palace of holyroodhouse...
