The location nearby a bus station was magnificent and incredible, most places in Edinburgh were within reach.

It is a nicely decorated and amazing property located in Broughton district not far from bus stop and the street + bus station. The breakfast offers a huge variety of fruit juices, croissants, toast, cereal, and yoghourt. The stuff is excellent and nice.

Spotless room and separate bathroom with all necessary facilities. The beds exceptionally comfortable.

Comfortable location to the Ocean Terminal made it easy to get to key attractions. Had a VERY ENJOYABLE stay in between the old town and Leith, and would absolutely stay here again.

The view was panoramic, the service was really great. We had a deluxe king room with very clean bed and coffee and a kettle. The staff was really helpful and pretty friendly the entire time. Besides, the location was convenient for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Omni Centre Edinburgh.

The room met requirements, it was neat and well-designed with coffee, an incredibly comfy bed for sleeping off the jet lag, as for instance.

The staff is lovely, and the host too. The property's location is great and fantastic, just next door to the old centre, Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street and nice local restaurants. It's minutes from The Stupa, where you can eat something.

Loved our rooms with an incredibly comfy bed. It was decorated in a contemporary style. The location was easy, easy to reach town centre!

Everything was great, the hotel was quiet. The location was peaceful; walking distance to a theatre and a castle. There was Woodland Creatures, located nearby, where we relaxed. The facilities were excellent and easy to use.

My husband and I enjoyed being there. The breakfast had a wide range of food and it was enjoyable.

It had decent location with access to The Ceramic Experience nearby. I was upgraded to a stunning superior triple room.

The location was fab and decent, you can visit Leith Walk by walking.
