The standard room was airy and big for my tall kids. Good location close to shopping center was a plus.

The hotel was located near to a shopping centre with a variety of shops including Sainsbury's and greggs, and a shopping center around the corner. My room was reasonably large and complete with 1 single bed, shared bathroom, supplies. The personnel was affable and very very helpful. The location was great and easy near to metro.

I spent 3 nights here and loved that. My experience at this wonderful little and really cute hotel was fairly nice. The location of this property was marvellous and easy. You could walk to a mall and a small shopping mall. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Reasonably large and fairly clean venue with a nice value and welcoming and affable staff. Marvellous and incredible location just a short walk away from Apollo Victoria Theatre. Situated in a nice enough area. Couple of pubs and restaurants nearby.

I had airy and huge room with comfortable beds and sofa. Set near to a bus station, it was great for travelling.

The rooms were good sized and beds were lovely. The cost was £ 28.

Liked this hotel, had fantastic experience. The property was gorgeous, fairly clean. The location seemed marvellous and fantastic easy to reach with car from airport. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Flava Restaurant, ate there once or twice. I was upgraded to a beautiful quadruple room. The bed was lovely and the staff were nice.

They gave me spotless room with a comfortabel couch, the 4 beds bedroom, as for instance. It was in a marvellous and easy location next to Craigmillar Park Church.

We had a fantastic experience. This place was gorgeous and the stuff was nice. The location was great and fantastic there, close to shopping center. Visited Tony's Fish Bar for a few drinks, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, recommend.

The property was good old and we had a very comfortable stay. Great position was an added bonus. Had tea and goodies at Union Eatery & Coffee, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The staff was efficient and amicable, they made our trip!

The hotel's location was fantastic, near to which was convenient for getting to Edinburgh as well as a large shopping center.

I had great days staying at this classy hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. All of the staff were welcoming and efficient. It had marvellous location right by a shopping center around the corner, and a shopping centre with a variety of shops including Sainsbury's and greggs.

Came here for 5 nights with my family, everything was very good. The location was particularly good and fantastic, close to the shopping centre opposite and easily accessible. In the evening I went to Flava Restaurant, located not too far from the hotel. Appreciated my very nice stay there a lot.

Came in Edinburgh to relax and have fun, this old-fashioned hotel was great base for doing it. The employees were very amiable and kept it all clean. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Flava Restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Had a very nice stay here during our trip.

This classy hotel offers plenty of magnificent rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our quadruple room. It is tidy and a bathtub is provided. Fantastic stay, as always...

The rooms were neat, the staff was amicable. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of The Studio. Further, it was adjacent to supermarket, the festival and Edinburgh.

I asked for standard triple room and it was cool with bath. Hall had a microwave.
