Stunningly beautiful hotel in a really nice classic style building. Quiet and huge units with shared bathroom and welcoming staff. A huge window and coffee in the room.

In general, the hotel was clean. We got double room, which was silent. The bathroom was clean with a bathtub.

We were there for 5 nights, overall had an absolutely amazing stay. Everything was perfect at this classy hotel.

The staff - some of them were unattentive.

I was upgraded to a well-appointed single room with tea/coffee facilities. Everyone was pleasant as well as host.

Had a nice stay out of our short visit, glad I've chosen it. The location in a shopping area was marvellous. New Town district was worth exploring.

Greatly enjoyed the a nice size and well-appointed quadruple room with a modern bathroom and the way it was setup. The highlight was the outstanding food. The staff were especially helpful and best and the design was nice.

The property was clean and staff was very polite and welcoming. Hotel's location was particularly good, to the Highlands. Plus, it was short walk to bus station and several good pubs/restaurants, the Royal Mile, and New Town and Royal Mile.

Everything was amazing, I recommend. The stay here was perfectly pleasant, liked the hotel, it was clean with perfect location just next door to Portobello Beach as well as cafes. The atmosphere created was family.

It was such great time in Edinburgh. Everything was great in the hotel. The staff was very kind, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like. We had the guest room which was spotless and bright with shared bathroom.

There was variety of fine meals. I loved configuration of the quadruple room. The location was magnificent and decent, close to Omni Centre. Besides, I were close to restaurants and bars.

The location was best possible and decent, within easy walking distance of The Real Mary King's Close.

The staff were welcoming, pleasant, did all they can for a really great stay. It was right by a taxi, and the main sites, magnificent and decent location overall...

Very central location, not too far from Co-op Food. Just off city center, Scotland, and New Town.

So glad we choose it, it's lovely place for staying in Edinburgh.

Planned to see Edinburgh major attractions and it was excellent place for visiting all of them. There was a nice restaurant, shops and boutiques next door.
