The room was neat and cheap and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, that's cool. The breakfast was very good and lovely for beans or mushrooms, included tea, toast, cereal, cakes, and cheese.

Perfect and gorgeous property with a wonderful breakfast. Reasonably large and functional room, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the room. Very comfy bed. The service in the property was excellent. Not to mention great wifi!

We stayed in a large and en suite room with relaxing atmosphere, comfortable bed, for instance. Marvellous and lovely location, near a bus stop, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Excellent very central location close to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, centre of town and shops, restaurants and the historical Canal the connections Edinburgh to Glasgow. We stopped by Cafe Noir for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Came here for 3 nights with my family, had a lovely stay. My family room was equipped with the bedroom, the fan plus a fireplace.

The room was huge, tastefully decorated, brilliant bathroom. An electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set with satellite channels were a bonus.

Really enjoyed the way our triple room with private bathroom was. The location was excellent and perfect, nearby the train station and easy to find. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

Its location is good, not far from the attractions of Edinburgh great as well as the city centre, close to old town, tourist area. New Lee On, where you can eat dinner, is relatively close to the hotel. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, includes lots of meals.

I was here for 4 days and will come back. The location was great - ease of access to a traditional theatre. There was a good restaurant, the Christmas market and a supermarket next door. I was happy, the double room I booked came with a shared bathroom and big window. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and delicious for a diabetic.

The location was good in a tourist area, next to the famous attractions, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and the main facilities in the town, and a day's sightseeing. Moreover, it was not too far from a historic fortress.

The venue is fairly clean, with great and perfect location short walk to restaurants on Canal Point Fountainbridge, and the main facilities in the town.

Everything met expectation, I will be back. It had central location close to The Links. What's more, it was near to Edinburgh, the centre, and the Castle. The service was good, no complaints.
