Booked the room with my 2 teenagers for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. Stayed in spotless and airy quadruple room with a double bed. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

We had a quite comfortable time staying at this hotel. That was lovely venue set in nice quiet area, adjacent to a beautiful area close to the city centre, most attractions and canal. Marvellous and excellent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Also, a national art gallery was 2 km away.

Fairly clean hotel, airy rooms, good location in a side street over the weekend. Good breakfast for the start of the day with a banana and juice and chocolate croissants.

The room was exceptionally clean with a double bed when I arrived. Polite and accommodating team, they made me feel welcome.

Paid gbp 8 per 24 hours to access the net, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus.

The breakfast is satisfactory with bananas, brioche plus a juice, has everything you need. The place has great and stunning location to everything you need to visit.

The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was good looking and great-sized, the bed was very clean, enjoyed it.

This great and lovely hotel had a central setting close to buses to anywhere in city. Also, we saw Urbis Building, based a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Their staff were quite rude.

Great hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location right by a central area of town, cafes opening from 10am and both the Old Town and the New Town. The most important was the staff - super-friendly and very-very nice people. Stayed in quadruple room with a double bed which was perfect for me. Had an electric kettle, central heating, and television. Everything was really good, I would recomand.

The room I booked was fantastic and perfect, complete with a double bed as well as a carton of juice. Appreciated the location near city centre. I was surprised at nearby Loudons Fountainbridge, they had some goodies, drinks.

The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean in quaint bed & breakfast. It had things I needed, including central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV.

Great location in Edinburgh, next to the city centre tourist attractions, both the Old Town and the New Town and the Leith.

The hotel was clean. Huge and airy rooms with separate bathrooms. Very good facilities and lovely beds. Great and excellent location close to shops, and only about 20 minutes' walk to Edinburgh centre. And really close to Drinkmonger.

My room was beautiful little and had central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV set. There was very clean bed, efficient staff who also let me leave my bags for the last day after check-out. The location couldn't be more perfect to edge of the tiles.

Everything there was really good and the staff were efficient. The hotel's position was perfect, opposite the Sir Walter Scott monument. The place was absolutely brilliant, we will be back.

Stayed for 1 night in this brilliant and great place, appreciated that. Great and magnificent location, we need just 10 minutes walk to the bus station. Had tea and goodies at Loudons Fountainbridge, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was easy - within easy walking distance of a historic fortress. And the area was central, near to city centre, Balmore and restaurants. There were comfy beds and central heating, coffee/tea makers and television inside the room.

For sure we will come back. The property's location is incredible and decent, not far from the city centre and shops and Edinburgh. A restaurant is about 300 metres from here.

This place is great and the staff are efficient. Got satisfactory breakfasts with a banana, orange juice, brioche. The location is incredible, relatively close to Royal Mile. Plus it's set in the fairly nice area.

Amenities and staff could not be better. Truly enjoyed the way our triple room was arranged. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at quick & plenty cafe, located right next to the hotel...

Couldn't stay longer!

Would recommend to stay here. Got suite as expected, liked it. The staff we met was friendly. West End district won't disappoint you. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was nice.

Really centrally located hotel. Cameo cinema was just a short distance away. In the evening we visited Akva it was nearby

Next to The Blackbird, just 10 minutes walk. No complaints, employees were loyal🙂😃
