It is exceptionally comfortable place to stay, the food is spicy, and location is perfect near to the city centre. The staff has always been very welcoming and welcoming.

Overall it was big, with a shared bathroom. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was spicy. From the moment we arrived the really kind and nice staff made us feel welcomed.

Great choice for trip. Quiet place to stay while in Edinburgh. Nicely furnished and stylish room, large bed and quiet in the evenings. A great selection of facilities like: an electric kettle, central heating, and television. The perfect and excellent location for the price, close to Royal Mile which is about 20minutes by bus. Again, not far from a chill cafe.

Had queen room with view of the back gardens as well as tables set old style with amazing cups. Decent and excellent staff and unbeatable location right by Royal Mile, all the core landmarks in Edinburgh and Edinburgh castle.

I appreciated staying in this reasonably priced and little hotel based in a Victorian building. Got small double room with cozy beds as expected. The really kind and nice staff truly made me feel welcome. The venue's location was central, even to get to the airport.

the location was amazing with lots of restaurants and pubs right at the doorstep. even the edinburgh airport was not so far, 24 minutes drive away. the staff was kind and approachable, always with a smile on face.

One of the advantages - spotless and en suite rooms; they included shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The hotel was placed in the central location close to downtown.
