The location of this hotel near a 5 star establishment, St Andrews and the theatre and loads of places to eat was great and fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Broughton district. We stayed in a king room and it was newly furnished. The breakfast was enjoyable with honey and a generous amount of food for the full Scottish breakfast.

It offered us magnificent and lovely location close enough to good restaurants, Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, Grassmarket, the Royal Mile, and the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the train station and city centre.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with Different options! The hotel was in an unbeatable location, in her lovely garden.

Rooms were very small.

Hotel’s breakfast was delicious with gluten-free options and double cream, as for instance and could satisfy any taste. Brand-new room, that also was heated so obviously in top condition.

We were in a magnificent and lovely location really close to Edinburgh at the Ben Cruachan, public transport, and a short bus ride to Leith. Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in Edinburgh. Had lovely 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The staff were superfriendly. Tried some takeout specials at Muzzicuni, luckily it was not too far away from the venue.
