The place was clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was good. The staff were accommodating and welcoming from arrival to departure. Enjoyed the excellent breakfast.

The venue was pleasant and comfortable, I appreciated the stay and the location was magnificent so close to transport routes and the city centre. Everyone was very, very nice and welcoming. The whole place had a quiet atmosphere and I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall my stay was real good and will be back. Neat, excellent value hotel, the location was comfortable and absolutely perfect short walk to Royal Mile and the nearby tourist attractions. Sincerely, it was a lovely stay for my business trip. The rooms were fashionable and I could park nearby. The location was marvellous, you can visit Craigmillar Park Church by walking.

Very close to holyrood park, 25 minutes' walk to Edinburgh Waverley train station. It truly was a GREAT experience.

Thanks to a bus stop nearby, all the landmarks in Edinburgh were within reach. The hotel itself was affordable. Bed was comfortable. Lots of food at the good breakfast.
