Great place, good home base for celebrating birthday. Immaculately clean hotel units with twin bed as well as a large bathroom. Great experience there.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in suite with an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating.

Hearty and delicious breakfast selection with tomatoes, toast plus generous portions, everyone could find their favorite food.

Our room was spacious with a double and twin bed and the staff were accommodating, had free Wi-Fi. The location in a nice area was great and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

Great hotel, amicable staff, fantastic food. Compact rooms and large with a comfortable bed and toiletries. Variety of food at the lovely breakfast. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with twin bed, a window to the garden, tea making etc, booked it for £ 48. The staff was thoughtful, I stayed for 1 night.

The hotel had a central position right by the theatre district, Princes Street and the main sights of Edinburgh. It also was interested in New Edinburgh tons of restaurants close by.

I was travelling to Edinburgh for celebrating birthday. The staff were accommodating and fairly friendly, everything was great. The location offered was great and fantastic adjacent to lovely independent cafes, and the rail station and the city centre. It also was to the Edinburgh Playhouse theatre which is a ten minute stroll away.

We had a delicious and lovely breakfast with a bowl filled with chocolates and refills of toast, for example. The hotel had a magnificent location only a short distance to Tesco Express.

The room was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Strongly recommend this place and definitely coming here again. Had pleasant 1 night here. The location was enjoyable, just a short walk away from Co-op Food. We also went to city centre, located at a short distance from the hotel.

A twin room with a double and twin bed has basic facilities you need. This hotel offers marvellous location just next door to restaurants, centre, Murrayfield.

All good - we appreciated this small hotel - the food was brilliant and the staff were pleasant. Had immaculate room with the bedroom, the garden, as for instance for a great stay. Besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Co-op Food.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Regent.

Location: the hotel was right by Calton Hill, Princes Street and local attractions and Edinburgh. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Broughton district. The breakfast at the place was hearty with tea and toast.
