The rooms are bright and perfect and the staff are nice. It has fantastic, magnificent setting, near to Edinburgh bus stop right over road and arthurs seat. Besides, we appreciated the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

It was beautifully decorated hotel overall, everything was excellent, I would give it other than 3 stars. The staff were welcoming and location was marvellous and incredible. There was Giovanni's nearby to grab something to eat. Appreciated being near a bus station. I came here for 1 night and had a fine stay...
