Had a special stay with my dog, we spent 2 nights here, everything was good. Central location of this budget hotel was a bonus.

Easy check-in and late check-out, kind staff. Great breakfast for all tastes with filter coffee and fruit juice, for instance.

Everything is perfect, loved my time here. The units are neat and well-kept with shower. The hotel has a perfect location, in front garden.

The room was spotless and well-kept, included with extremely comfy bed, a good view, for example. This hotel was set in a central area near the city centre or the docks, all the nearby attractions, restaurants and shops, and the local buses. We saw Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Overall the room is perfect, appropriate and includes an air conditioner and armchairs. There is a wide array of lovely food for breakfast. It boasts magnificent, good location near the bus stations as well as Lidl supermarkets.

we took a double room and it had an air conditioning and a radio. when we came, the owner met us and was helpful. in addition, free wi-fi was provided. the restaurant was located within 400 metres.

Beds were very hard.

A bus stop was near the place. 300 metres away there is Herringbone Goldenacre, where you can dine.
