The staff were affable and amicable and the location was magnificent in the centre of Edinburgh. Comforts of good-sized and fairly quiet double room with tea, coffee and biscuits were fabulous.

The location of the property was marvellous as we were very close to the center of the city, all major attractions and both taxis.

Everything was really good, had a fine stay for 3 nights. The location of this hotel very close to Royal Mile, Scotland, and city center was excellent and lovely. And also it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from an innovative gallery.

Our quadruple room came with with tea, a double bed, for example. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, everything was perfect.

I liked this hotel, it was attractive and nice with good wi-fi. The rooms were extremely spacious and fairly quiet and the staff was excellent. The beds were very comfy, like a cloud. The location was lovely very close to the center.

The location is excellent, to the beautiful park. The bets part that it's so close to Edinburgh and the centre.

We think it's a fabulous base for staying in Edinburgh. The king room is reasonably sized with views across to Arthurs seat, quiet garden view and bathroom. All the staff members are very amiable and attentive.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with views across to arthurs seat.

It was in a magnificent and nice location convenient to take bus to go to city centre. Also, tourist destinations and Reid Memorial Church were at a small distance.

Great-sized and fairly quiet units with bathroom, comfortable bed, as for instance. Handy, stunning location in Newington district near to grocery store called Earthy's, downtown, and grocery store. Also, to the next bus station.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and lovely location, quite a walk from Earthy Foods & Goods.

Attractive and exceptionally friendly hotel in a residential area very close to Holyrood park and The Meadows, and centre of city. Had double room with a separate private bathroom, coffee, a double bed.

The location is in a marvellous spot to the next bus station. The units are big size with a double bed. The stuff are excellant and attentive as well as the host.

All in all everything was very good, had a really enjoyable stay of three nights. The location was magnificent and comfortable, not too far away from a public research university. And we were next to the Lothian buses, city centre, and Scotland.

It offers an excellent and incredibly comfortable location and has attentive staff. And it's 25 km from Edinburgh airport.

The location of the hotel was excellent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Meadows.

We lived in the triple room with cookies, bathroom and views across to Arthurs seat.

I was upgraded to a beautifully maintained quadruple room. The location was marvellous, the staff were extremely friendly. Besides, The Real Mary King's Close was 2 km away from the venue.

My queen room was equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and television. The beds were comfortable here.
