Its location near restaurants and bars was excellent and absolutely perfect.

Tastefully decorated units with external bathroom, kettle and the bedroom, and extremely friendly staff. Easy to find, near a bus station.

Think that this wonderful old and great hotel is beyond compare, thoroughly enjoyed it. The employees are all pleasant and incredible. The location is amazing, to nearby shops. And its nestled in a charming old building short walk to the nearest pub, Edinburgh town centre, and public transport.

Incredible location to center of city made it easy to get to key attractions.

Stayed here for 5 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. We had a suite with a view to garden. Very comfy beds, the staff were very pleasant and pleasant. The service was good, that made the hotel charming old place. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available - very useful.

We found out great prices in the hotel. Had lovely and welcoming room with own bathroom and a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities. The staff was fine and good, everything was good.

The location is perfect and magnificent, close to the shops and restaurants. I have stayed in the suite with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The staff are very pleasant and pleasant and provide a good service.

The location was unbeatable, on the market! Explored Prestonfield Golf Club, that is located within a close distance from the hotel.

That was beautiful old hotel set in residential area, right by good transport, the centre of Edinburgh and a center. Most of the staffs were exceptionally nice and helpful. The location was magnificent and wonderful - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The setting was fantastic and amazing, adjacent to shops/the main hub of the city, city centre and off street parking and back garden. The staff was extremely friendly, everything was perfect.

We were there for 5 nights and felt will come back. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our suite with a double bed was. The location seemed great on everything that the hoover could n't reach in a quick swipe.

Welcoming, incredible staff, thanks a lot for treating me so well. The location it offers is excellent, so close to town Centre, a bus stop, and the nearest pub. Newington district certainly deserves to be visited.

I did not want to leave and would have extended the stay. The room was big with a comfy bed and the staff were really friendly. This location was perfect, right by a center. It also was close to bus stops.

It was warm, had a very comfy bed. The location was incredible for exploring this residential area, so close to the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, the centre and yo bus stop.

I came here for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. That was charming hotel set in fairly quiet area, just off the city centre, and shops/the main hub of the city.

Everything was good and met standards. We had a such great stay at this good old hotel. The room was fine with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. The garden view was pleasant.

The location was AMAZING and beds were comfy. The host upon arrival was helpful. We dined out at Pataka, set near the hotel. Moreover, we could park our car onsite.

nice 3-star experience. 700 metres from the hotel you'll find pataka, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.
