The staff is amicable, the breakfast lovely, the location is marvellous adjacent to bus station direct in front of the house, the main square and public transport. The double room is cosy and absolutely fabulous.

Had 1 night in Edinburgh, spending our time here lovely. The rooms were reasonably spacious and well-designed with great view of arthur's seat kept by the amiable staff. Perfect facilities, everything you could wish for.

Stayed at a clean and fabulous room with great view of Arthur's Seat, great breakfast, stylish bistro-like furniture. We met very welcoming and nice staff at this hotel.

The hotel was in a fab location adjacent to a bus stop, frequent buses in front of the property, and Edinburgh Waverley train station. Moreover, I could reach St Anthony's Chapel by walking.

The breakfast is rich with jam and view on Arthur's Seat, for example, there's an option for each taste. It has lovely, nice staff. The location is lovely and fantastic, not too far from an award winning museum. Btw, there's next to a bus station.

Here I spent 3 nights and truly enjoyed being in this place. Booked double room with a view.

The hotel staff was pretty friendly, not annoying. The location was marvellous and the free parking was on-site. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Newington district.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, reasonably large and absolutely fabulous rooms. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

No reason to complain, the venue met the demands, cant recommend highly enough it. I lovely spend 2 nights in Edinburgh. Got rich and lovely breakfasts with jam. The location was great - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go. The accommodation was easy walk to a bus station.

Sincerely, it was a quite comfortable stay for a weekend. A bus stop was in front of the place.
