The bedroom was brand-new and good-sized. The beds were comfy and the staff was amicable and accommodating.

The staff was affable and made us feel comfortable. We had a fairly good bedroom. It was tidy and had essentials we needed.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite with space to move about. Had central location on the bushes outside.

Our room was warm and reasonably large with central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Wonderful old hotel located in a very nice area very close to other attractions, Edinburgh for a night out and many restaurants, including Chinese, Indian, Malay and other nationalities. Amicable and polite staff and altogether a really comfortable experience.

Overall had good stay for our weekend in Edinburgh. It was comfy, the room was large and had a comfy bed. Edinburgh airport was hardly 24 minutes away by car.

My room with bathroom and shared bath plus soap was good sized. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets where very handy.

The location was central, MAGNIFICENT right near Holyrood park. When it was hot outside we decided to visit The Salisbury Arms, nice place to chill.

Plenty of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars walk from the hotel;)))
