Had really nice stay of four nights with amicable staff and amazing location to the centre of Edinburgh in about 15 minutes.

View of the park was exceptionally good, the room was silent and new-fashioned. Got extremely comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Very welcoming staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

We both truly enjoyed it, the place is incredibly beautiful and quiet and suited fine. The staff was courteous and kind and around most of the time.

Well presented and absolutely brilliant option among 4 stars hotels. A good choice of good food at breakfast time.

The staff was amiable and hospitable and the host too. We had a comfortable bedroom.

The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was beautifully maintained with a very comfortable bed.

The hotel provided reasonable prices. Everything was really good, wonderful location close to the good restaurants and pubs of Leith, Edinburgh city centre and bars, unforgettable experience. All the staff members were accommodating.

Enjoyed the place, had an exceptional stay of four nights. Comfortable and ideal hotel's location, as it was right by a bus station. Shopping centres and a supermarket were right next door.

Thanks to a bus stop right by the hotel, all the landmarks in Edinburgh were within reach.

The queen room is immaculate with a shower, all the facilities, as for instance.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close to the Royal Mile as well as Edinburgh. Neat unit with a beautiful decor. Exceptionally comfortable bed and courteous and accommodating staff.

Had a comfortable time. Every detail was perfect and I really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just off a quiet area, the city centre and Edinburgh. Cafe The Hideout Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of South Leith Parish Church.

Appreciated every detail about our wonderful 3 nights stay here. Our room was not only silent, but also compact with a very comfortable bed and modern decoration. The staff were polite and pleasant too. The location was marvellous for walking around an open grassy park.

The breakfast is savoury and incredible, available with fruit salad, continental options plus a great view.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was handy base for exploring Edinburgh, thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was tasty, with freshly made dishes. The restaurant had freshly cooked food.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

the owner upon arrival was friendly. we found nice the hideout cafe nearby with hot beverages. you should definitely explore leith district, it's worth it. located just a walk down to clown around.
