Everything was really good, incredible location near the city centre and many attractions, and good local shops, cafes and takeaways near by, fairly friendly staff. The food was fabulous, with lots of options.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, however everything was absolutely fine. Liked the way our a nice size and perfect little double room with soft double bed was. The service was all in all very good.

Plenty of food at the breakfast, including toast, cereals, pancakes, yoghourt, and cheese.

The guest room is new-fashioned, we also loved amazing views. The location is amazing and magnificent, in residental area around 20minutes walk from Princess street. Plus, this hotel is not far from 27 Lothian buses and the city centre and many attractions.

The hotel was just next door to restaurants nearby and Edinburgh for two nights thanks to its great and amazing location. The staff we met were competent and excellent, they offered an amazing breakfast.

The venue was in a central location short walk to all major attractions, good local shops, cafes and takeaways and the castle and restaurants. The family room had all necessary amenities. The staff was flexible and competent, providing a good service.

Fairly clean place and very hospitable staff, liked quiet central location. The breakfasts were nice hot and the service was very good.

We spend 4 nights in Edinburgh lovely. The king room was tastefully decorated, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was very good.

The hotel was clean, facilities where very nice, quiet and perfect location not far from the castle and restaurants, somewhere to stay whilst visiting Edinburgh, and great bus links-approx. Stayed in this property for 3 nights and liked our choice.

The stay here was lovely for 3 nights. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes from a traditional theatre.

That was extremely comfy hotel set in residential area, just next door to decent bars and restaurants nearby. They provided a warm breakfast with orange juice, porridge plus toasts. Peaceful stay, we were there for 4 days.

Loved our stay, had wonderful 5 days overall. Our accommodation was set in a central location near all major areas, all major attractions in city and Haymarket. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The folks working here were flexible.

The breakfast was marvellous and traditional and the food was superb. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, Co-op Food was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The workers were attentive and courteous, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Everything was simply amazing. I stayed for 3 nights here and had a real good time. Appreciated the hot and delicious breakfast with cereals, pancakes, eggs, cheese and porridge. An electric kettle and fridges in my triple room were a very thoughtful addition.

The hotel was located close to the castle and the Meadows. Loved our rooms with a view. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets where available there. Had central location near the centre.

I loved competent personnel that ensures guests have a perfectly pleasant stay. Whatever you need is this compact and cheap room with a TV, a huge bathroom plus a rattling window. The breakfast is hot, splendid food.

Coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were very handy. It was close to takeaways, the city centre, brilliant location overall.

We spent our evenings in nearby The Golf Tavern enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Incredible base for a weekend in Edinburgh! The restaurant was located within 500 metres. Our single room included TV and a radio. It deserves its 3 stars.

Princes street is easily reachable, situated just 1 km away. The hotel was near Haymarket train station.

greyfriars kirkyard was easily accessible within 15 minutes by foot. morningside neighbourhood definitely deserves your time and attention. perfect for city trip. it is really close to the airport.
