There were perfect beds and coffee, a kettle, and big windows inside the room. The bathroom there was fairly clean.

Everything was perfect, including very flexible staff. Got reasonably large and well-designed room with comfortable beds and bedroom - always come in handy. The food was astonishing with lots of alternatives.

The setting is marvellous and stunning, it's just off shopping Edinburgh, the centre of edinburgh-very relaxed atmosphere and several restaurants / pubs / cafes. The staff are pleasant, managed the parking nearby. The breakfast is gorgeous, offered with if required and great choiceof continental or cooked, for instance.

The accommodation had a very central location close to buses which take you tto Princes Street. Further, it was close enough to Easy to use the bus to get to the zoo, the Old Town and the main bus line to the airport or downtown. The double room was heated and airy. The view of the garden which was nice from the window was lovely, appreciated it.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, with absolutely perfect and nice location easy to access via the skyline bus from the airport. Efficient staff team with frequent service, everything was amazing. The double room was brand-new, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. They provided a savoury continental breakfast for our taste.

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast, awesome variety. My standard queen room was silent, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Great location adjacent to nearby brewery and the Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the City, I felt safe. Found Saint Mary's Cathedral, it's at a medium distance from the hotel.

We stay in standard double room quite often, it is huge and silent. The hotel offers marvellous location on other areas or breakfast.

Savoury and delicious breakfast, best ever had, with great choiceof continental or cooked and if required, as example. The location was good and incredible, if you need to be so close to a main street and a palace. Quick bites Lezzetli was located 10 minutes walk away.

The setting was marvellous, close to regular buses outside, Edinburgh airport and center of town. Luckily it was close to Cafe Modern Two, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The location was excellent, just next door to right next to a bus stop and near enough to the city centre, local attractions such as the zoo, and buses outside. The breakfast was lovely with cooked food to order, the best I had in Edinburgh.

My breakfast was savoury with if required and great choiceof continental, as example. The staff were very sympathetic and competent, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff.

The hotel itself is bright and peaceful and has excellent staff and location. The location is handy and easy, 3 km from George Square. It is set in a very pleasant area.

The location was incredible and easy - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Spent our evenings in nearby Roseburn Bar, especially when it was cold outside. We had garden view with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was savoury and had lots of meals.

Staff was courteous, rooms were okay - good experience. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Don't forget to dine at Metro West End, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we truly enjoyed it.

Staying within 15 minutes' walk from edinburgh castle was a big advantage. The location of the hotel was magnificent. We found cafe citron blackhall to dine in 400 metres from the venue.

Really nice bed. Dine at delta indian takeaway, which is located within 200 metres from the hotel. A great place for exploring Edinburgh. We appreciated duthus lodge guest house
