The room was heated with good beds, and the breakfast was great.

Everything was perfect, and it had good wi-fi. The staff were pleasant and helpful too. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was beautiful with convenient decor. The location was great and ideal, in a great restaurant near Emmaus House.

I liked staying in this lovely hotel based in a Georgian building. The staff were all very amiable, and the room was a nice size with good beds. Central location was a plus. This property was in a central area. The restaurant onsite was nice.

Had really comfortable stay for a business trip, the staff were pleasant, location was perfect in a nice area. I had a satisfactory breakfast with good coffee, tea, croissants, toast, and jam. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel, and recommend.

Overall had VERY LOVELY stay for a night. Satisfactory breakfast with the lovely fresh fruit salad, gluten free options plus juice and the staff were incredibly nice and amiable. The location of the hotel was peaceful, near main sights. Also, we saw a historic fortress, based at a medium distance from the venue.

Coffee, tea, croissants, toast, and jam was a bonus. Everybody was very amiable and the room was spotless.

Welcome base for travelling to Edinburgh and exploring local places. Good breakfast choice with fruit, fresh products and vegan options. Location - great and ideal really close to main Edinburgh tourist areas, an easy bus ride and nice coffee shops close by and a great restaurant.

Besides, the area was good, next to The Links.

Moreover, it's near airport as well as main city sights.

very clean property. just a 20-minute stroll to the centre. we went to tables, located right next to the hotel, to have some dinner. it was worth its 3 stars.
