The bedroom was modern and brand-new. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, right next to main bus stop with the main shopping centre and a market within walking distance.

Stayed for 1 night in this stunningly beautiful and little place, loved that. Flexible staff and the location was good. There was a great restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. A bus station was in front of the venue. The service was all in all really great.

Every staff member is really helpful and strives to meet your needs. Its location is perfect, just next door to Edinburgh on the sleeper train as well as the snow-topped mountains.

The location of the venue is exceptionally nice, near Edinburgh's traditional fish market with great fish restaurants, main centre of Edinburgh and green fields. The staff are exceptionally attentive, they keep the place perfectly clean.

I had luxurious, inviting room with a balcony, TV plus good views, had good night's sleep. The location was marvellous and stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from Victoria Park. There were shops and convenience stores around the hotel.

I had a perfect 10/10 experience here, everything was very good, the location was stunning near to the centre as well as centre, harbour, the Kitchin Edinburgh castle. There were neat rooms with good lighting.

Altogether it was good value though. The owner is helpful. The hotel had everything, including air conditioner and an iron in the room.

Beds were nice. Breakfast was GOOD and well presented. Perfect for city break.
