It was really fairly clean and pleasant hotel, would recommend. Had an excellent stay with my family members, we spent 2 nights here, everything was good. The vibe here was family.

Stunningly beautiful low-budget place, it has perfect location just off the public transport, the Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Botanic Garden, the Royal Yacht Britannia, and many other sights and the main areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and amicable as well as the owner.

My favourite property in Edinburgh. Exceptional service during my very peaceful stay. Easy parking nearby. Convenient and handy location in the quiet area, in the very nice area.

Excellent service and decent sized rooms with very comfortable bed. The breakfast with good vegetarian options. Particularly good location for Edinburgh, next to bus stops for centre of town and easy parkimg, the buses and other wifi hotspots and the botanic garden:)))

Leaving our car in the parking was an additional plus. It is really close to the airport. Excellant home base for a city break in Edinburgh! We liked our time at the hotel, THANKS A LOT.
