Reasonably spacious room, everything was good. Satisfactory breakfast and fine food. An extra bed and a kettle in the room, marvellous and perfect location. Very good staff, always with a smile.

Pretty friendly, very kind people working here. Huge & cheap rooms with a cupboard, the shower, for instance.

The breakfast was good with orange juice and 1 micro thin slice, as example, and had all you need. The personnel was polite, and the owner too. The location was particularly good and lovely for getting around, as a bus station was walking distance to the hotel. And I was walking distance to pubs and restaurants.

Thank you guys for an excellent stay during our visit. The staff are sweet and the room is huge with a great view. Plus, the location is marvellous and prime, minutes from an open grassy park. The area is calm very close to Edinburgh and bus stop to town. The hotel has the restaurant which served nice food.

One of our favorite spots leith links was adjacent to this place. Great location, easy to get around with a bus stop nearby. View of the park.
