The room was well decorated and beautifully designed, besides it had an electric kettle and glassware, just in case. The breakfast offered was marvellous and awesome with perfectly poached eggs.

The location was comfortable and magnificent, by way of a parade on the Sunday! Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away. My twin room with separate private bathroom, a view of Arthur's Seat, for example was beautifully decorated.

We had a perfect stay, really enjoyed its location and will be back. The breakfast with mushrooms was delicious, you’ll find what you need.

I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly nice, provided very good services. I had the single room which was spotless and nice styled with a lovely view. Had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

Lovely bed in double room with central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. All in all marvellous and lovely location, right by centre and the tram.

Quiet and convenient location steps away from Saint Saviour Pimlico. 10 min walk from the metro station. Splendid food combined with a good service.

Place was fairly clean and beautiful. The rooms of the hotel were fashionable and spotless with comfortable updated furniture.

The rooms where bright and fashionable and the beds were big. Having an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron was very convenient. The location turned out to be marvellous and lovely, just off many cafés, a parade on the Sunday and the best sites to see and the best restaurants.

The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs and gluten-free bread and the restaurant food was brilliant!

The place is tasteful and nice little and has marvellous location on the second day all the local transport was down so they gave me a lift to the tram to the airport. All the staff members are welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The hotel is tasteful and fairly clean, nestled in a lovely building with magnificent view of the garden and hills beyond. The staff is very amiable and fairly friendly, and the hostess too. The queen room is bright and tidy. A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The venue has comfortable setting in Newington district very close to Highfield Guest House. When I am in Edinburgh, I like staying here.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, had a really nice stay. Guest room was bright and gorgeous had hypoallergenic pillows. All the services were exceptional. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too. The location was particularly good and comfortable, walking distance to a zoo and restaurants. By the way, a garden and a park were walking distance to the place.

Location: the hotel was near a parade on the Sunday. All the dishes were brilliant, nevertheless you can visit nearby Leslies Bar.

The hotel had a central position just off Edinburgh, city centre and Royal Mile. We had lunch in Costa Coffee, located nearby.

One of the advantages - neat and stylish rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath robes. The view was particularly nice, the service was good. The facilities were very nice and easy to use.
