We booked newly remodelled and compact room with private bathroom, coffee plus TV. Marvellous and fantastic location to the old-town, met the demands.

The breakfast is delicious with cheese and lettuce, there’s an option for each taste.

Staff where attentive, room was good modern and airy with an external private bathroom. The breakfast offered was savoury and delicious by Chinese.

I can recommend this place for an overnight stay. The venue is wonderful, immaculately clean and the location is marvellous and decent so close to Scotland and City center, and the nearest pubs. I have stayed in the budget triple room with comfortable beds. The employees are all efficient and excellent. The breakfast includes tasty food like toast and cereal.

We had an early check in, the staff was very very helpful and fairly friendly. Double room with proper chair was ready when we arrived. The breakfast was savoury and with more options for hot meals. Liked this property because the staff was willing to help.

The units were extremely pleasant with a private bathroom outside. There is a plenty of supplies like : a coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. The employees are excellent and attentive.

The position of the hotel was great and decent, near the city center. Places like St Anthony's Chapel were a 10-15 minute walk from from here too.

The location was marvellous, 20 minutes' walk to the centre. Had some takeaway meals at Bonnie Burrito, set very close to the hotel, I couldn't resist. The restaurant was great with a choice of food and a cooked breakfast here, I had hot dishes.

Everything was nice with a nice size and well-equipped rooms. Attentive and hospitable staff; easy check in. Nice bedroom.

This is a hotel go-to for Edinburgh! The venue is gorgeous and exceptionally clean with very very helpful staff. The rooms are a nice size and functional, equipped with tea and coffee making equipment, and a safe box.

Every detail of this beautifully designed property was perfect. Very helpful staff that was willing to help. Appreciated staying at the queen room with a spacious modern bathroom. Coffee/tea making equipment and a safe were all available. The hotel had a very central setting to the main shops etc. Plus, an award winning museum was not too far away from the venue.

The beds were comfy and the queen room itself was functional and new-fashioned.

Recently renovated budget triple room with private bathroom, a hairdryer and a good breakfast. Delicious breakfast - toast and cereals. The marvellous and decent location for the price, just next door to Also close to Holyrood Park, and Museum of Scotland. Certainly a perfect experience for an overnight stay in Edinburgh.

The place is ideal and spotlessly clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff are very very helpful and pretty friendly, the location is perfect. Don't forget to visit nearby The Grange Takeaway, they have best coffee ever. Every time in Edinburgh we stay in this hotel.

This location was great and decent, just next door to the centre of Edinbrough, transport, and the National Museum. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Calton Hill. It was beautifully maintained with a great shower, good enough for an overnight stay. The food was lovely, I really enjoyed toast and cereal for breakfast.

Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. This was exactly the double room I wanted in Edinburgh. The bed was very comfy & the staff was attentive and affable. The location was incredible, in a great area, and the view was pleasant, too. There was Korean Bbq close to the hotel. You guys made my stay really really nice.

It was a good stay for two nights, enjoyed it. The location was central, decent right across the road is a bus stop. Comfortable beds, the staff were amicable and accommodating.

It's a decent sized hotel, tasty breakfast. We really loved the room: it was pretty and beautiful. After the arrival, we met host, who was amazing.

we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was lovely. we had a suite with an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel tv. in fact, free parking was an advantage. it met required needs and we would come back for sure.

We stayed very close to our favourite places such as greyfriars kirkyard. And a few steps away from a bus stop❤
