It's exceptionally clean and huge with modern style bathrooms. Fantastic, amazing breakfasts, everyone can find something. The location of the hotel is great, next to town centre, and bus line. The staff are amiable.

It was in a central setting by buses that will all go into the center of town.

The venue is clean and reasonably large with knowledgeable and accommodating staff members. The rooms are very well decorated and top-notch with wonderful views. The breakfast is delicious and enjoyable, and the location is absolutely perfect near outlying areas, other attractions, and many fine walkable restaurants.

The location was excellent, a short way from Western Approaches Museum. The staff was knowledgeable and affable and provided top-notch services. Absolutely fantastic and marvellous breakfast with perfectly poached eggs, enjoyed it.

Everything was really perfect, accommodating staff, ideal location very close to Kingsway for one night, Arthur's Hill for sunrise, and sightseeing. The rooms were top-notch and the view of city. There were a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and ironing facilities. The atmosphere created was individual.

Wish I would like to come again. Thanks very much guys for a great stay out of town for day trips. The staff is exceptionally nice as well as hotel's host. The units were quiet with the outside bathroom. The location is ideal and excellent, convenient in getting to the Royal Mile area.

Had a really enjoyable stay out of town for day trips, everything was perfect. Airy rooms, particularly nice views of the town, the staff was excellent. The bed was very comfy, and I enjoyed perfectly clean bathroom. The great and fab location was a minute walk from The Lamda Linbury Studio. The hotel itself was in a domestic area, short walk to the city's best kept neighbourhoods, the airport and the Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Place and train station.

The king room is airy and has a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and ironing facilities.

The property was fairly clean and staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast looked absolutely fantastic, with special touches, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it.

The beds were extremely comfy and rooms were good sized. And there was a pleasant view of the town.

The room was huge with peaceful view and the staff was excellent! The location of the hotel was central, not far from Edinburgh for the very first time, taxi and the centre of Edinburgh. Besides, the property was 2 km away from a combined museum.

This hotel is a suitable place for a weekend in Edinburgh. Top-notch and reasonably large rooms complete with far reaching views and a very comfortable bed. All in all they offer impeccable service. Every time we stay in Edinburgh, like to stay here.

Everything was perfect at this Victorian hotel. The queen room I stayed in was airy with the outside bathroom. The staff and the host were all knowledgeable. Its location was marvellous and fab, so close to the bus line, and in a walkable area.

Had magnificent location in a lovely area with lots of independent shops along the way. And it was also so close to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Princes Street, Arthur's Seat and much more, non-touristic pubs, bars and restaurants and Edinburgh for a party.

The accommodating and kind staff truly made me feel welcome. The location was central, so close to Edinburgh. I visited Leslies Bar near the venue for a few drinks.

the convenience of getting to bona deli and being next to royal commonwealth pool. we would still consider staying here again without a doubt.
