Rooms were well-equipped, everything was beautiful. Had a perfect stay for a quick visit to Edinburgh, would happily go back again.

Appreciated the way our beautifully decorated superior twin room in rear bedroom was. The location was particularly good and magnificent because it was right by pubs, Arthur's Seat and bus ride away from all attractions, the touristy areas, and the very centre of the city.

Had a great stay for two nights, everything was great. The room was spotless and compact in general, in rear bedroom. There were an electric kettle and glassware. Its location in a safe neighbourhood was marvellous and peaceful.

The location was perfect away from the busiest areas of town, I greatly enjoyed it. Had fashionable double room with excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, for instance. The breakfast was tasty, included outstanding options.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a residential area, just off easy bus lines, and restaurants, tourist attractions, and parks. The room I had was nicely decorated with a four poster bed and the staff was amicable.

The room was a little noisy, made me a little nervous.

The hotel's position was quiet, adjacent to Edinburgh. I tried some drinks at bar The Cask Pub & Kitchen, located 5 minutes walk away.

Fairly clean hotel in an old fashioned building just off the very centre of the city, the busiest areas of town and the main attractions. Marvellous location, on easy bus lines to core of Edinburgh. Exceptional customer care. Easy parking on site.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was excellent. I booked a room with a very spacious bed, an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV.

Incredibly beautiful old-fashioned hotel with very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff. Old fashioned building, marvellous location very close to a bus stop a block away, the city center and bus and “ attractions ”. Nearby Leslies Bar - great place to chill out. The rooms are beautifully decorated and generally offer central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The beds are very spacious, and the breakfast is enjoyable. The hotel is in a good and excellent location still close enough to walk to the tourist attractions.

We booked double room, it was stylish. The breakfast was tasty with a huge variety of outstanding food on offer. The location was magnificent, a short walk to Earthy Foods & Goods. The staff was very amiable they made our stay a really nice experience.

The location was unbeatable - ease of access to Reid Memorial Church. The staff were accommodating and an absolute pleasure.

Royal mile was located in the near vicinity. We would love to return...

Location to a bus stop is very convenient. The breakfast was DELICIOUS - plenty of food.
