The staff was very helpful and the place was perfectly clean. We stayed in the double room with a private bathroom available to myself and really enjoyed it. Our location was magnificent and convenient, next to a bus stop. We had 3 lovely days here, can recommend the place.

The hotel is in a particularly good location overlooking Leith Links park. The breakfast was tasty, nice to have toast and cereal.

Make sure you stay in the private room with a private bathroom and very clean decent selection of tea plus biscuits.

The location of the hotel is great, just next door to several seafood restaurants, Train Station and both the waterfront of Leith and the Royal Mile. It has both outstandingly accommodating and affable staff.

The venue was set in the central position near to Very near to bus stops for the old town, the great bars and restaurants, and the castle, palace, and the cathedral. My en suite room was neat and beds were extremely comfy.

The location was particularly good and magnificent for walking around a public park. There where a large supermarket and supermarkets around the hotel. Set close to a bus station, which helped to explore Edinburgh.

I asked for private room and it was modest with complementary snacks. The breakfast was tasty and had a huge variety of options - toast and cereal.

Thanks guys for a fine stay for an Edinburgh visit. The setting is unbeatable and marvellous, short walk to old town and street-buses. Don't forget to visit nearby Mimi's Bakehouse, they have best coffee ever. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby.
