Comfortable bed in the twin room, plus an electric kettle, a mini-refrigerator, and central heating. A nice quiet area, absolutely perfect location close to Edinburgh for 2 days, a conservatory at the rear of the house and a bus stop.

Clean hotel, great breakfast, the location is peaceful near to bus stop, a conservatory and Edinburg. The room is en suite and brand-new with a nice view, has free Wi-Fi. There is a coffee and tea/coffee - that's always a plus. Thanks to all very friendly staff.

This was a lovely stay for one night. The staff team was amicable and kind. Truly enjoyed my room, it was bright and extremely spacious with the window open. The food was freshly made and there were variety of dishes in the menu.

Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was unbeatable next to the center, Zoo, and the airport. The breakfast had lots of options and included cereals, milk, cheese and jam. Booked a room with fridge. Had the option to leave my car onsite...

The total stay was really enjoyable for one night. The location close to a bus stop was handy and strategic. Moreover, it was 2 km from Craigleith Shopping Park.
