Little hotel, the best 4 stars experience compared to other options. Near a bus station, perfect for me. Bright, ideal room with shared bathroom, and kind staff.

Savoury and great breakfasts with ham, everyone could try something new. The rooms were bright and decent sized with a shared bathroom, just what was needed. The amicable staff was willing to help. The hotel was set in a central area so close to Nice to have breakfast included.

Comfy bed in triple room with air conditioning and a chair. Perfect, marvellous location close enough to festival theatre, centre-Lothian bus stop right on Minto street and the centre of Edinburgh's Old and New Towns, excellent co-operating staff.

Everything is nice, enjoyed my time here. The room is new-fashioned, comes with shower & toilet, shared bathroom, for example. Overall brilliant food, plus there is Tony's Fish Bar close by.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in a Victorian style building in the nice enough area. The breakfast has tasty and satisfactory options with hard boiled eggs, fresh brewed coffee and beans. The location is unbeatable and brilliant, 3 km from Co-op Food. A restaurant is about 400 metres from here.
