Pleasant venue, fantastic location near shops and restaurants or bus stops as well as a bus stop for easy travel, truly enjoyed our stay. Had a very very good stay in our modern room with a nice view. The breakfast we ordered was delicious and marvellous with bacon and continental food available and sausages.

Staff were welcoming, atmosphere was family, it had perfect location very close to a bus stop outside and a short trip into city centre, and Old Town and Waverly Station. I did not want to leave, so would recommend this hotel.

I had airy, lovely sized room with a nice looking bathroom. The facilities were clean and the beds were very clean.

Family room I stayed at was compact with a double bed. Coffee, a TV set, and a hair dryer were provided for a fine stay for a short visit.

It was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant, beds were nice. The location was unbeatable and practical for exploring Edinburgh. Besides, it was 2 km away from Royal Palace. The room was huge and airy and had a nice view.

Everything was great, OUTSTANDING service, magnificent location just next door to museums and galleries and suburbs. I was on a xmas and booked double room with shower, three beds plus a nice view. The staff were pleasant and courteous, you should know it. The food they offered was freshly made, had lots of meals. Here I spent 3 nights and appreciated being in this place.
