It was reasonably priced, compared to other friendly family run hotels. The service was absolutely friendly. Could use their free parking.

Clean and perfect accom with marvellous location so close to central Edinburgh, buses to get to city centre, and Blackford Hill.

Everything was nice, had a lovely stay for one night. We enjoyed small twin room provided with a lovely view, functional bathroom, as for instance. The location seemed stunning to nearby attractions. Moreover, it's really close to the Centre, Arthur's Seat or the Braids, buses, and the airport.

We had a fantastic stay in this authentic hotel. The breakfast was tasty and the parking was nearby. Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was perfect. The garden view and great service. We stayed in a twin room with central heating and ironing facilities. Moreover, we parked our car nearby. It exceeded high expectations and we will choose it for sure next trip.
