Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little hotel with the amiable staff.

We expected there would be elevator, but didn't find it.

We had a very nice time. Stayed here with our wife and everything was really good. The location was comfortable and decent - adjacent to city centre nearby as well as a guest house pub in the previous days. Plus, Queen Victoria Statue was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel was in a particularly good and fantastic location in front of a garden and a lake. The staff were very amiable and kind and made me feel welcome.

It was a great budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, gave advice about the city.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Marvellous and decent setting, very close to centre of Edinburgh, and good bus connection.

Cheap and neat units available with very nice view as well as a "bathroom ". Marvellous setting in the safe area, next to the bus stops, the waterfront and local bars and good bus connection.

The location is exceptionally nice and perfect and they have parking nearby. Make sure you stay in the queen room with double bed, wash basin plus a '' bathroom '' squeezed on with shower.

It was a budget hotel. The staff was very friendly, amicable all the time. The location was perfect, the room was beautiful little and compact. A few times I ate at Oriental Delight, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The staff were really helpful and kind and provided help.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of St James. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

The total stay was excellent which should have been spent on other activities. Besides, the parking was nearby. We liked the breakfast.

Stunning position in the very nice area, near Park, and Princes Street. Professional staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

Tidy and cosy units with the bathroom and free Wifi plus double bed. Location right by a slope as well as bus stop.

The location of the hotel was peaceful - within walking distance of Mecca Bingo. All the staff were competent, the room was cheap.

The location was marvellous, opposite a park, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Came in Edinburgh to relax and have fun, this low budget hotel was fabulous base for doing it. The venue was in a stunning location, down to the Lake District. Besides, it was adjacent to public transport, Edinburgh. I liked to be there and will be back.

It made our trip to Edinburgh a very nice experience. They had a fast check-in...

Spent our time here comfortably. Leith district was worth exploring.
