Thoughtful staff, the rooms are recently refurbished and functional. We were offered delicious continental breakfast. Cafés and pubs are near this hotel, it's perfectly located.

Everything was perfectly fine, incredible location in the centre of things, the staff were attentive. Our room was high-class and decent size with luggage storage, climate control, and an electric kettle. We truly enjoyed the bar. Very good value for money compared to other places, had a really good stay for one night by myself for a shopping trip.

Amazing and fab location so close to Edinburgh for a party, and the best attractions in Old Town, excellent home base for visiting pubs and cafés next to the hotel. Plus, walking distance to Northern Quarter bars. The rooms were good-sized and the service good. A bar in the reception, convenient.

The continental breakfast in the bar of the hotel was extraordinary. The location was incredible and amazing - really close to all the tourist attraction, all the pubs and the cathedral. It was 1 km from Mcdonald's, offering quick-service food.

Central location and excellant value hotel itself.

The breakfast was savoury and warm especially for meat eaters, and served in the bar. The venue was set in the central position short walk to the castle, the national museum, the shops and the train station, and the sea. Also, the place was just a short stroll away from a national portrait gallery.

We had a nice bedroom. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the bar. The location was stunning and incredible, right by good restaurants, and Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh train station.

It is perfectly located in Old Town district close to bars and restaurants and transport links, and tram connections/. The hotel has a relaxing bar. We think that for Edinburgh it was very good value for money.

The hotel was perfectly located right by a taxi, great knowledge of local area, and Old Town, bars and restaurant nearby. The room was functional and newly renovated and the bathroom was large.

As for me, this hotel is very good value for money for Edinburgh. The rooms are decent sized and newly decorated, with luggage storage, a safe, and an electric kettle. It has modern interior design and perfect view of the old town.

The continental breakfast was extraordinary, had lots of options. The view of the castle was lovely, as well as very central location short walk to Christmas Market as well as most tourist attractions, train station and pubs.

The hotel was perfectly located for travelling through Edinburgh. For short-orders there was Viva Mexico, we found it close by.

The staff is incredibly helpful here, the services are excellent, and location is incredible just off royal mile and other tourist places, all the night life, and many cafes and shops. Overall the room is beautiful little, top-class and includes luggage storage and air conditioning. The lobby bar is relaxing. Very good value for money, considering that everything is perfectly fine.

My stay here was fine. Everything was perfect during 1 day, enjoyed its incredible and best possible location really close to the castle, Grassmarket Square, bars and restaurants, all the major attractions in Edinburgh, and Waverley train station. Attentive and hospitable stuff who cared about me.

Impeccably clean place with attentive staff. A VERY ENJOYABLE stay in winter and very good value for money. Unbeatable and fab location for our visit to Co-op Food not too far from the hotel. Set really close to Edinburgh, Royal Mile and all the major attractions in Edinburgh in the great area.

It has a fab location really close to local transport, the bridge, and pubs. Old Town district deserves to be explored.

Everything was very good, had a very enjoyable stay of a Scotland road trip. Comfortable bed and pillows, there were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available. I loved spending time here.
