The location was brilliant - near to attractions of the city, the centre and main tourist objects, and buses and trams. In the evening we went to Rosso, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

We had coffee, tea, toast, muffins, and pastries for breakfast, it was hot and rich. The room was brand-new and with climate control, a living area, and an iron at your disposal, stunningly beautiful view of royal Mile and new town.

Reasonably priced food, very enthusiastic staff at reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a balcony, a TV, and a living area. Brilliant views, marvellous and brilliant location not far from city centre and transport links, all shops and attractions and about 20-25 to Edinburgh Castle.

The room I booked was spacious and warm enough with a quirky scottish touch. The breakfast meal was super and wonderful with coffee available 24hrs, nice coffee and hot dishes like eggs. The location for Edinburgh was great, so close to pubs and eateries of all description, many good restaurants, bus and train stations and the railway station and local uses outside the door.

We had a quite comfortable trip with delicious and comprehensive breakfast.

Overall free of charge and varied breakfast with good quality foods, meats, varied selections and very good service. The excellent and unbeatable location for the price, next to the trams, rail station, and other pubs.

The venue is ideal, clean and the location is great near other shops, George Street, Rose Street and Princes Street and Christmas markets. Standard twin room is en suite, has a spotlessly clean bathroom. English breakfast offers lots of high quality food choices.

I had a very nice experience here, everything was very good, the location was stunning near to Waverley railway station, princes street and Royal mile, an amazing square with lots of choices for places to eat, drink and shop, and all major attractions. The staff were outstandingly friendly and gentle and knew how to help. The breakfast was good hot, free and I truly enjoyed tea, toast, muffins, pastries, and fruit.

Everything was great, including obliging staff and awesome location near tram that takes you to the airport. The breakfast was reasonably good and tasty with ham, hot options, veggie. Wi-Fi was very good and the service was excellent. On the plus side, there was parking onsite. Had a decent stay here.

Highly recommended for a couple of nights. Generally everything was perfect, even so the bathroom was a bit small.

Brilliant place to stay with marvellous location so close to the StAndrew square, waverly bus & train station, and another restaurant for breakfast. Very impressed with double room and very enthusiastic and obliging staff upon check-out.

Had very nice stay for 1 night. I ate at a very pleasant restaurant for lunch and dinner. I truly enjoyed the sea view. The stuff was gentle and check in was very quick. Its location was for everything that I needed, it was particularly good and unbeatable near the train station. Restaurants and brasseries where also near the hotel.

My stay was really really nice for 1 night. I liked the continental breakfast with tea, toast, muffins, pastries, and fruit. The location was particularly good and beautiful and the staff members were fabulously friendly.

The venue was modern, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning right by bus stations and railway stations, airport and Princes Street, and tram to the airport. The units were freshly decorated and the staff were outstandingly friendly and gentle people at reception desk. Had free hot drinks in the downstairs bar.

Make sure to get double room with three single beds, quirky interior design features, for example.

Fancy good budget place, it has perfect location very close to the shop and the St James Quarter shopping centre, right opposite the bus station. The staff are responsive and really care about the guests.

Central location of this good budget hotel was a bonus. Dined at Zest Restaurant, it was within a close distance from the venue. The restaurant was very pleasant for lunch and dinner, I tried light dishes.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, brilliant within walking distance of all sights New Town & Old Town & right beside the bus & train station, the hotel overlooked the sea.

The stay here was really nice on a business trip. The breakfast was large and savoury with 2 selections; the staff were affable. The location was good and fab, for example, a train station was near the venue. The hotel was near restaurants and brasseries.

The bed was comfy, and we thoroughly enjoyed balcony. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. They offer coffee and tea in the morning.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The beds were comfortable, the room was air-conditioned, and the staff was really helpful. Furthermore, they had free WiFi. Impressed with a good breakfast.
