Wonderfully helpful people working here, nicely appointed place. Beautifully decorated and well-kept rooms with elegant design. Bonus point for climate control, a radiator, and coffee. Perfect setting, near all attractions in the capital as well as Princes Street. Good hot breakfast, very good services. The ambience was cosy.

Minutes from the train station, the location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to the city centre. Moreover, it was not too far away from A 200-Foot Spire. Got a really tasty and superb breakfast included.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Lovely friendly team especially the Doorman and Porter. The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to museums, galleries and Holyrood Park, loads of public transport and shopping street. Also, it was near a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

The location is incredible, short walk to Christmas markets and all major must see spots, The Cannon Ball restaurant and many sights and points of interest, you cannot beat it. The room is well decorated, comes with great views, all the plates, as example.

My premium king room was equipped with climate control, a mobile, and WiFi. Supremely helpful staff especially the Doorman and Porter, gave a few recommendations.

Unbeatable very central location near the many amazing restaurants in the area, and the surrounding bars. Plus, a historic fortress was within easy walking distance of the venue. There was a huge variety of superb meals.

Thank you all for a real good stay during public holidays. Air-conditioned and stocked rooms, the views over the sea were panoramic. The bathroom was brand new and it had a hair dryer, guest toiletries, and bath robes for my convenience. The hotel met required needs.

We think it's a great place for staying in Edinburgh. The rooms are luxurious and fashionable here with bathroom as well as the best pillows. There is a very nice attached restaurant, serving delicious dishes.

My family members and I loved being there. I had the cosy room and it was brand-new and complete with 2 large beds. This hotel was set in a central area next to Edinburgh.

Everything was really good, had a really good stay on a shopping trip. The staff were caring and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Food in the attached restaurant was incredible.
